The Jharkhand Lady Supervisor Competitive Examination 2023 exam has been divided into three parts i.e. Paper 1, paper 2, and Paper 3. Paper 1 is based on language (Hindi and English), Paper 2 is based on Identified Tribes and Regional Languages, and Paper 3 is divided into two parts i.e. Technical and GA, Quantitative aptitude, and science.

(a) The syllabus of technical/special subjects is attached in Appendix-XIII of the prospectus. (b) (i) General Studies:- Knowledge of matters like current events and day-to-day happenings, astute observation, and scientific approach towards them is what is expected from any educated person. In this, as many questions as possible can be asked specifically regarding Jharkhand, India, and neighboring countries. Current Affairs, Scientific Progress, National/International Awards, Indian Languages, Book, Script, Capital, Currency, Sports Players, Important Events. History of India, culture, geography, environment, economic scenario, freedom movement, important features of Indian agriculture and natural resources and Constitution and polity of India, political system of the country, Panchayati Raj, community development, five year plan. General information about the geographical location of Jharkhand state. Knowledge related to Jharkhand state:- Jharkhand state's geography, history, civilization, culture, language-literature, places, mines, minerals, industries, Jharkhand's contribution in the national movement, development plans, sports players, personalities, civic achievements, topics of national and international importance, etc. (ii) General Science:- In General Science questions, there will be questions related to general understanding and understanding of science (including computer knowledge) based on day-to-day observation and experience. As is expected from a well-educated person who has not made any special study of any scientific subject. (ii) General Mathematics:- In this subject, generally, there will be questions related to Mathematics, Elementary Algebra, Geometry, General Trigonometry, and Mensuration.
