The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) has released the REET application form inviting applicants to register for the examination between December 16, 2024, and January 15, 2025. The REET Admit card is expected to be released officially on 19th February 2025 (16:00 Hrs onwards) as mentioned in the REET Notification PDF. With the Updated REET schedule the correction window has been made available from 17th January 2025 (00:00 Hrs) to 19th January 2025 (23:59 Hrs). Furthermore, the number of REET vacancies is not officially announced, but based on the previous year's examination in 2022, more than 48,000 vacancies are expected this year.
Aspirants meeting the REET 2025 eligibility criteria must apply online to participate in the exam. REET 2025 exam is expected to be held on February 27, 2025, and will be conducted in two levels, The first is Paper-1 for those who want to teach in primary schools (classes I to V), and the second is Paper-2 for those who would like to teach in upper primary classes (classes VI to VIII). The application form was officially announced through the RBSE which can be viewed on the website rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in. Although the REET Correction window is provided, candidates need to pay an additional Rs. 200 for correcting the form. The Rajasthan Teacher Eligibility Test will be conducted on 27th February 2025 for which the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (RBSE) had already started the registration process which closed recently on 15th January 2025. The application form will be available on its official website, rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in/. Candidates have to register their form, pay application fees, upload the scanned documents, and submit the form properly.
Candidates can apply for only one level, either for Primary Teacher (Level 1, Classes 1 to 5) or for Upper Primary Teacher (Level 2, Classes 6 to 8), or both levels. For one level, the fee is Rs. 550/- and for Levele 2 the fee would be Rs. 550/- if a candidate applies for both levels. The Board of Secondary Education (BSER) will soon release the provisional answer key for the REET 2025 exam, covering both Level 1 and Level 2, on their official website. Candidates can access and download the answer key using their login details. If candidates find any discrepancies or errors in the provisional answer key, they can raise objections by paying Rs. 300 per question and providing supporting evidence. After considering these objections, the final answer key and exam results will be published. The final scorecard will be released along with the final answer key.
It is the minimum qualifying mark that a candidate needs to obtain to pass the examination. There is no cut-off criterion but there are minimum qualifying marks that have to be achieved by candidates to consider them passed in the examination. After securing the qualifying marks, it will issue an Eligibility Certificate to all successful candidates. REET qualifying marks vary category-wise, hence for general and reserved categories such as ST, SC, OBC, MBC, EWS, Ex-Servicemen, Widow, PwD, Sahariya Jan-Jati.
