  • They may also be nationals of Nepal or Bhutan.
  • Those Tibetan refugees who came to India for permanent settlement before January 1, 1962, are also eligible.
  • The aforementioned positions are also open to Indian nationals who permanently relocated to India from Burma, Pakistan, East African countries like Uganda, Kenya, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Malawi, Zambia, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam.
