For graduate-level RRB NTPC posts, the candidate has to have a degree from a recognized university. - For graduate level posts, the proficiency requirement is only for specific roles where typing skills are crucial.

RRB NTPC Nationality 2024
RRB NTPC 2024 will be open for applications to Indian nationals only. The additional eligibility criteria regarding nationality are given below:
- They may also be nationals of Nepal or Bhutan.
- Those Tibetan refugees who came to India for permanent settlement before January 1, 1962, are also eligible.
- The aforementioned positions are also open to Indian nationals who permanently relocated to India from Burma, Pakistan, East African countries like Uganda, Kenya, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Malawi, Zambia, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam.
RRB NTPC 2024 Medical and Eye Standards
Candidates must fulfill particular medical and version requirements in order to be eligible for RRB NTPC 2024. While eye standards are divided into grades with specified visual criteria, such as distance and near vision as well as supplementary tests for color and night vision, medical standards address basic health requirements.
