SSC CGL Cutoff, Latest news on revised CGL cutoff 2025

The SSC CGL Cutoff 2025 is influenced by the number of vacancies and is calculated based on the merit list obtained at the time of results. More vacancies typically result in a lower cutoff at every exam stage. The Staff Selection Commission has disclosed the total number of SSC CGL vacancies in the official notification. The SSC CGL 2025 cutoff marks represent the score of the last candidate selected in a specific category. Candidates should check the category cutoff and compare it with their marks as indicated in the SSC CGL Scorecard. The SSC CGL Cutoff 2025 has already been released for SSC CGL Tier 1 exams. 

The Commission has specified 1,86,509  candidates selected in respective categories including, UR, OBC/ EWS, and others. SSC CGL Tier 1 exam results were out on December 5, therefore, candidates can check the official result list and start preparing for SSC CGL tier 2 examination. 

SSC CGL Tier 2 Exam Cutoff Revised

With the recent notice on the SSC website, the SSC CGL cut-off has been revised In compliance with Order dated 16.01.2025 in OA No. 474/2025 and Order dated 17.01.2025 in OA No. 239/2025 passed by Ld. CAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi. 

The above table describes the updated SSC CGL cut-off that allows an additional 609 candidates to appear for the SSC CGL Tier 2 Examination. The SSC CGL Tier 2 cut-off was released in compliance with the court order that resulted in the revision of the total cut-off for the examination. The candidates need to download their admit card as soon as possible as they are eligible to appear in the SSC CGL Tier 2 examination on 20th January 2025.  

SSC CGL cutoff marks Tier 1: Category-wise (For the post of Junior Statistical Officer)

The SSC CGL tier 1 cutoff has been announced officially along with the result disclosure. The candidates can check their results officially associated with the cutoff marks released along with the notice.
